A family story

Chalet Alessandrini is a tale of tradition, hospitality and family. The business was born from the commitment of Cornelio and Elena, who created an elegant and comfortable oasis surrounded by nature.

Today, as in the past, grandson Ludovico passionately manages the chalets, offering a modern and sophisticated vacation experience.

In the late 1960s, brothers Angelo, Cornelio and Alfonso started “Ferienhouser F.lli Alessandrini“, vacation homes run by Cornelio together with his wife Elena, which included two small wooden bungalows on Lake Caldonazzo.

Alfonso became, among other things, a point of reference in the history of the Italian environment and forests, with very important institutional assignments and publications on the subject (among others “Il tempo degli alberi”, “Pensare il bosco”, “Alberi monumentali” and especially “L’Oselera, una finestra sul bosco”, which narrates the events experienced from the window of an old family building, still present just above the Chalet Alessandrini). To Alfonso, the Municipality of Tenna dedicated a path on the slopes of Alberè, a forest above Chalet Alessandrini.

Alfonso’s sons, Stefano and Alessandro, and grandson Ludovico picked up the baton and after the destruction wrought by the storm Vaia and began, from the bottom up, the reconstruction and redevelopment of “Ferienhouser F.lli Alessandrini” giving birth to “Chalet Alessandrini” now managed with passion by Ludovico.
